Yesterday the weather looked promising, so we went for a ride to Pointe du Raz in west Brittany. This place is great - beautiful in fact, with a very interesting history, especially in WW2.
The occupying German forces used the Pointe du Raz as a radar station and the remnants if the station are still visible today.
The Pointe really is stunning....
The journey back was interesting as we set off in sunlight but all of a sudden got caught up in a huge rainstorm - we got soaked - even down to the undies!!!
No sooner as the storm started it had dried up and the sun was blazing again. So in essence, our kit had had a rapid wash and for the rest of the journey, was getting blow-dried. Fab!
Our last evening was spent in a crépiere in Sainte Marine with a lovely view if the river and Benodet.
So here we are - having a coffee before visiting a chateau near to Roskoff. Will hopefully check in later.

Such a shame it's coming to an end!!! xXx
